Please check your ad after it's posted for errors. It is the advertiser's responsibility to report errors immediately. Lburg.com will not be responsible for errors over a week old after being online. If there is an error in your ad send us an e-mail describing the issue and we will make the correction within 36 hours. Lburg.com reserves the right to correctly classify all advertisements, to delete objectionable words or phrases to refuse an advertisement or to change this policy without notice.

Classifieds, real estate and advertisements listed for free are listed for a temporary period of time. There may be a time when these ads and/or advertisements could be removed or billed at the going rate. We will not include any Web addresses in our free classifieds.

Inside the home real estate pictures are taken on request only. We will make every effort to inform the home owner when the photographer will be available for inside pictures. If the home owner is not present inside pictures will not be taken.

There will be no refunds for any type ad that is removed per the property owners request.

Our For Sale By Owner real estate listings must be renewed every 90 days to remain active.

Items listed under the "till it sells" category are limited to a one year maximum listing. Items needing more then one year will need to be renewed at the then-current rate.

Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky properties are subject to an additional traveling charge equivalent to $1.00 per mile of traveling over 15 miles.
